I used:
1-1 1/2 pounds of ground turkey breast
1 can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
Sweet bell peppers of your choice (if small use 3-4 if using one large pepper just use one and dice)
1 medium red or white onion diced
1 minced garlic clove

10 olives (or more if fat content is not an issue)
Olive oil (extra virgin)
Adobo season (to taste)

1 medium tomato diced (or two plum tomatoes)
Cumin (to taste)
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon ground oregano
In a non stick skillet with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil on medium heat add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes then add the minced garlic clove
Next add the ground turkey and cook until beef is browned.
Add the garbanzo beans, bell peppers, tomato and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add all seasonings and combine well, let simmer for 10 minutes on low
