1 large potato and 1 small (grated)

1/3 cup apple sauce
adobo season
2 scallion stalks sliced
1/4 breadcrumbs
In a non stick skillet with a drizzle of olive oil place spoonfulls of mixture and brown on both sides.
Drain onto paper towel
For meat:
Preheat broiler and cook 5-8 minutes on each side
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing
Peel parsnips then trim and slice them.
For parnsip fries:
Put parsnips in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Spread onto baking sheet.
